Contracts you can use today
Onboarding through an existing competitively awarded contract saves months. Blü holds active cooperative and vendor-of-record agreements on both sides of the border.

TIPS-USA Awarded Vendor
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is a national cooperative purchasing program led by Region 8 Education Service Center in Texas. It competitively bids contracts once, so school districts, cities, counties, universities and other public entities in participating states can onboard an awarded vendor without running their own solicitation. Blü holds a five-year TIPS award for DynaCore.

North Carolina Sheriffs' Association Contract Awardee
NCSA Procurement Programs competitively bids cooperative contracts under North Carolina law that sheriffs' offices, counties, municipalities and other public agencies in the state can use directly. Blü is a 2026–2027 contract awardee.
Other states: many cooperative contracts allow piggyback use across state lines. Ask us to confirm eligibility for your jurisdiction.

Government of Ontario Vendor of Record
Supply Ontario is the province's central procurement agency. A Vendor of Record arrangement is competitively procured once, after which Ontario ministries and agencies, and broader public sector bodies such as municipalities, school boards, colleges and hospitals, can select Blü through a short second-stage process instead of a full RFP. Blü holds a five-year VOR for DynaCore.

University of Western Ontario Vendor of Record
Western University pre-qualified Blü as a Vendor of Record, so Western and its affiliated institutions can engage DynaCore under the agreement's terms without a new competition.

CAMSC Certified Supplier
The Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council certifies businesses that are majority-owned by Indigenous or minority Canadians. Working with Blü counts toward the supplier-diversity targets that many public bodies and corporations report on.
Quebec and other provinces: DynaCore is procured through direct RFP responses and below-threshold quotes. We respond in French or English.
